Terms of Service

By booking a service with Tiny Hearts 0130, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Services

Tiny Hearts 0130 provides mobile childcare services throughout Costa Rica. Our caregivers are certified in CPR and First Aid. Services are provided at the client's location (hotel, vacation rental, home, or event venue) anywhere in Costa Rica.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we have acknowledged receipt of your request and confirmed the date and time. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Rates are $15/hour for 1 child, $25/hour for 2 children, and $35/hour for 3 children.
• A minimum of 4 hours applies to all bookings.
• Holiday rates: $5/hour surcharge applies on Costa Rican public holidays.
• A 30% security deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash (local currency) and PayPal.
• An electronic receipt will be provided after payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund of the security deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service may result in forfeiture of the deposit, at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the number and ages of children.
• Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before the service begins.
• Ensure a safe and suitable environment for childcare at the designated location.
• Be present or have a designated responsible adult available for the duration of the service.

6. Liability

Tiny Hearts 0130 and its caregivers take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care. However, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the service, provided that our caregivers have acted in accordance with standard childcare practices and safety protocols. Our caregivers are certified in CPR and First Aid and will respond appropriately in any emergency situation.

7. Caregiver Conduct

All Tiny Hearts 0130 caregivers are background-checked and certified. They are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Any concerns about caregiver conduct should be reported immediately to tinyhearts0130@gmail.com.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.
